Brandon Schubert Ltd is a House & Garden Top 100 interior design studio based in London. We specialise in residential interiors of every scale with a particular feel for period buildings. Our work mixes periods and styles with confidence — never quite traditional, never quite modern, and always created to have interest and soul.

Our approach is to take on the whole of a home rather than a single room, working through every interior space alongside its architecture. Whether the project is a full renovation of a period property or a decorative refresh of an existing interior, our studio handles the design, sourcing, specification, and installation.

While we welcome opportunities to work in other decorative traditions, the studio’s work so far sits within an English country house and townhouse tradition, with one foot in the traditional world and another in the present day. Antique and vintage pieces are the starting point for most schemes, layered with mid-century furniture and contemporary commissions. Colour is central to our work. Recent projects have drawn on warm, lived-in palettes, and the studio is known for rooms that feel rooted in the building they inhabit and in the people who live in them.

Brandon Schubert Ltd has been included in House & Garden’s Top 100 list of UK interior designers and architects every year since 2021, when Brandon received the magazine’s Rising Star award. Our projects have been published in House & Garden, Homes & Gardens, The English Home, and The English Garden. From 2025 to 2026, Brandon wrote a monthly decorating column, Diary of a Decorator, for House & Garden. In 2022, the studio designed the Morris & Co. Courtyard Bedroom at the inaugural WOW!house at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour.
